The Business School will offer five scholarships, each with a value of £10,000. The scholarships are available to students who are nationals of Commonwealth countries.

Eligibility:
The Scholarships are open to applicants who have an excellent academic record, who are applying for admission onto one of the following MSc programs in September 2014:
Applicants should already have been offered a place on one of the programmes, andshould have firmly accepted that offer or be intending to do so. If they have not yet paid their deposit, they will be required to pay within two weeks of being offered the scholarship.
Applicants who hold full sponsorships are not eligible for the scholarship.
If an applicant is successful in being awarded a scholarship, but subsequently declines their offer of admission on the MSc program, the award of the scholarship will be withdrawn and awarded to another applicant. An award may be withdrawn if a student fails to meet the academic standards set by the University.
How to Apply:
Applicants should apply through the University Scholarships Application page. They will be asked as part of the application to submit a personal statement and any other information that would help us evaluate the application.
Deadline for applications:
Please note that you will not be able to access the online application form unless you have applied for admission to the University of Edinburgh and have full EASE authentication.
The decision will be made by a committee consisting of Directors and key staff from Admissions.
The winners of the scholarships will be announced by the Business School within four weeks of the essay return deadline.
